1.Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the DesignPrep website and mobile applications.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.
• "Content" refers to all tests, questions, video lessons, PDFs, study materials, and other materials available on the Platform.
• "Services" refers to the preparation courses, mock tests, practice questions, and other educational services offered by DesignPrep.

2.Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using DesignPrep, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years of age.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws of India.

3.User Account & Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Not share your account with any third party. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately at shubhdesignprep@gmail.com of any unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including accounts involved in sharing, piracy, or unauthorized distribution of Content.

4.Services & Content

DesignPrep provides educational content for NIFT, NID, UCEED, and other design entrance exams. You understand and agree that:

• Content is provided for personal educational use only.
• You may not copy, download, record, screenshot, redistribute, resell, or share any Content without prior written permission.
• Video lessons, PDFs, and test questions are the exclusive intellectual property of DesignPrep.
• We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove Content at any time without prior notice.

5.Payment Terms

Certain courses and batches on DesignPrep are paid. By making a purchase, you agree that:

• All payments are made in Indian Rupees (INR).
• We use third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay) to process payments securely.
• Prices are subject to change. Once you have purchased a course, the price remains valid for that course.
• Batch access is non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.
• In case of failed payment, amounts (if deducted) are refunded by the payment gateway within 5-7 business days.

6.Refund & Cancellation

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

7.User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Share, sell, or distribute any Content from DesignPrep to any third party.
• Record video lessons or screenshot test questions.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Platform.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the Platform.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Upload any virus, malware, or harmful code to the Platform.
• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination without refund and may lead to legal action.

8.Intellectual Property Rights

All Content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by DesignPrep and are protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

9.Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms.
• We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• You engage in account sharing, piracy, or unauthorized distribution of Content.

Upon termination, your access to paid Content will be revoked without refund.

10.Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

DesignPrep provides educational content on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties or guarantees regarding:

• Your success or performance in any exam (NIFT, NID, UCEED, etc.).
• Continuous, error-free availability of the Platform.
• Accuracy of all Content.

In no event shall DesignPrep, its owner, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11.Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12.Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jharkhand, India.
