Refund Policy

1.Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• Refund request is made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
• You have not accessed more than 15% of the course content (video lessons + PDFs + tests combined).
• Payment was successfully made through our official payment gateway.
• You provide a valid reason for the refund request (for our records).

2.Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be processed if:

• The 7-day refund window has expired.
• You have accessed more than 15% of the course content.
• There is evidence of account sharing, content piracy, or redistribution (strictly prohibited).
• The account has been terminated due to Terms & Conditions violation.
• The purchase was made via a discount coupon or a special promotional offer (some promos are non-refundable).
• You have already received a refund for the same purchase before.

3.How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

1. Email us at shubhdesignprep@gmail.com with subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Registered Email]"
2. Include the following details:
   • Your registered email address
   • Payment transaction ID / Order ID
   • Date of purchase
   • Reason for refund
3. Our team will acknowledge your request within 24-48 hours.
4. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method:

• UPI: Credited within 3-5 business days.
• Net Banking: Credited within 5-7 business days.
• Credit/Debit Card: Credited within 7-10 business days.
• Wallet: Credited within 3-5 business days.

Note: We do not offer cash refunds. Refunds are always processed through the original payment method.

6.Partial Refunds

In exceptional cases, we may offer a partial refund:

• If technical issues prevented access to the course.
• If a course was significantly different from what was advertised.
• If less than 30% of content was accessed.

Partial refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of DesignPrep.

7.Failed Transactions

If your payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account:

• The amount is automatically reversed by the payment gateway within 5-7 business days.
• No manual action is required from your side.
• If not reversed within 7 days, contact us with the transaction ID.

8.Course Cancellation by DesignPrep

In the unlikely event that we cancel a batch or course:

• You will receive a 100% refund automatically.
• Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• We will notify you via email at least 7 days in advance (except in emergencies).

9.Disputes

If you have any dispute regarding a refund:

• Contact us first at shubhdesignprep@gmail.com.
• We will try to resolve within 7 business days.
• If unresolved, disputes are subject to courts in Jharkhand, India.

10.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated policy.
